How do you ship the products?

Our carrier is UPS. Upon your request, we ship orders up to a product value of less than € 100.00 using the German postal service. If you have your own customer number we can also ship your products using FedEx, TNT or DHL services.

Is there a minimum order?

With the exception of the Aptina CMOS die sensors and some marked camera modules there are no minimum orders. Please contact our sales team for further information.

How do I pay for my order?

First-time customers have the choice of paying in advance or by credit card. We hope you understand this measure. We accept credit card payments up to € 1,000.00. Please pay invoices over € 1,000.00 by bank transfer. (Purchases via our online shop are an exception. In our online shop you may also pay invoices over € 1,000.00 by credit card.) We accept VISA and MasterCard.

What are your delivery times?

Regularly, we deliver within one week from our warehouse. Please check the order confirmation for the exact delivery date.

What support does FRAMOS offer?

FRAMOS offers comprehensive assistance during product selection as well as helpful support in case of technical problems. We also process warranty claims and the repair of defective products.

We also offer customers the opportunity to test cameras or evaluation boards in the customer-specific application environment for a pre-determined time. For this time, we lend the respective equipment to the customer free of charge.
