We organise and subsidise daycare and nursery places for our employees, for example. We help keep work and home life in balance by offering options for part-time work and home office.
Every year, FRAMOS supports an up-and-coming artist with the "Young Art Collection". This scheme perfectly complements the design and architecture of the company's headquarters in the south of Munich. In a place where engineers and imaging specialists find solutions for industrial process automation and quality assurance, the images forge links between technology and art.
Helping people in need of aid is something that is especially close to our heart. This is why FRAMOS has decided to send Christmas cards, customer information, etc. digitally and thereby support the international aid organisation "Doctors Without Borders". Doctors Without Borders help people in need, victims of natural or man-made disasters, as well as armed conflicts.
We also engage as a company with the latest debates in society. We gave our employees a day off work so they could provide urgently required aid to the refugee centre in Munich. We organised car pools to help provide aid where it was most needed at the old barracks in Munich.
Dr Andreas Franz, CEO of FRAMOS: "We've supported charitable organisations for a very long time, as for example “Chancen durch Bildung e. V.” (Opportunities through Education). Alongside local initiatives and artistic involvement, we value the work done by Doctors Without Borders; I regard them as indispensable in the crisis areas of the world. As a Munich company, aid for refugees is very close to our heart. We gave our employees a day off so they could provide direct aid by distributing clothing at the Bavaria barracks."
