Sony developed IMX226CQJ with approximately 12.40M pixels and the back-illuminated CMOS ensor Starvis technology. It supports 1/2 type and 4K video imaging (approximately 17:9 ratio). The IMX226CQJ is a color CMOS sensor with a diagonal of 9.33mm (type 1/1.7) with a pixel size of 1.85μm square and 12.4MP effective resolution. The IMX226CQJ has a serial LVDS output, and achieves high-speed imaging with a maximum frame rate of 40fps at full resolution.
