Did you already return a product and want information about the RMA status? We inform you at +49.89.710667-64 or at rma@framos.com. Please let us know your RMA number.

If any problems occur with your sensor solutions, your camera or frame grabbers, it is our endeavor to find a solution in the first step. Our Technical Support will help you in technical problems with many years of expertise. Whether configuration support, repair or return, we decide in joint assessment.

Should however a return of a product become necessary, the further steps are as follows:

  • 1. You will receive a case-specific RMA number and a returns form.
  • 2. Please send the item along with the completed returns form to our Technical Support. The address can be found on the form.
  • 3. After receiving your product, we will thoroughly investigate the causes for the problems experienced by you.
  • 4. Through the entire processing, we will keep you informed about the progress.

General information

If the investigations cannot be performed directly by our Technical Support team, the item may be returned to the manufacturer. This may cause a delay in the processing and solving of your case. However, we constantly strive to identify the technically and commercially ideal solution for you.
