What does hiring process at FRAMOS look like?

Once you have applied via our online application form, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. If your CV matches our requirements, we'll contact you to schedule the first interview.

The first interview is introductory. We’ll present FRAMOS and the role, and you’ll have the chance to introduce yourself and highlight what makes you stand out.

If there’s a good fit, you’ll move to a second interview with the hiring manager to discuss responsibilities, tasks, and the team. For some roles, there is also the third interview where you can meet some of the team members of the management team.

After successful interviews, we’ll provide an offer and a contract.

Are interviews at FRAMOS conducted remotely or on-site?

As a global company, most interviews are held remotely via video calls.

For roles requiring on-site presence, you may be invited to one of our offices.

Sometimes the third interview is on-site, giving you a chance to meet colleagues and experience a typical day at FRAMOS.

How can I prepare for the interview?

We recommend that you check our website and online materials to get an impression of FRAMOS. Reflect on your skills, experience, and motivation that make you stand out, and don’t forget to highlight those things during the interview.

We value genuine, honest answers. The first interview focuses on the soft skills, team fit, and finding out what kind of environment you thrive in. Some of those topics you cannot prepare for and there are no wrong or right answers, just be yourself.

Company culture and core values are also topics we talk about since they are important to us and describe how we tick as a company.

The second interview is more technical, so prepare for role-specific questions and think about what you’d like to ask us.

How long does it take to get feedback?

We aim to provide feedback as quickly as possible while ensuring a thorough process.

After applying: usually within 5 days
After interviews: typically within a week

The overall hiring process usually takes 2 – 3 weeks. However, due to various factors (schedules, holidays, changes in the process), sometimes it might take a bit longer.

But, don’t worry, we keep all applicants updated throughout the process.

Who do I discuss compensation package, start date and other “HR logistics” with?

Compensation package, potential start date, perks and benefits, probation period and other important information about employment are discussed during the first interview to ensure alignment.

Final details are confirmed once you receive and accept the official offer, after which we proceed with the contract.
