Light controllers and LED controllers enable precise control of the connected light sources and LEDs. With these controllers, the light output can be precisely regulated to achieve the optimum brightness with low power consumption. Flash controllers can act as the heart of the timing subsystem, both synchronizing the light pulse and triggering the image capture. The camera and lighting are perfectly matched to each other for bright, sharp and high contrast images, leading to excellent image processing results. Flash controls enable the over-control of LED light to produce a higher light intensity at the time of triggering.

LED controllers provide full control over light intensity, timing, synchronization, and overdriving of one or more light sources. This is especially useful to enhance image quality in applications involving conveyor belts or other systems with moving objects. The FRAMOS strobe controllers are among the best in the market. The IPSC and HPSC line of products are designed for vision systems in which fast moving objects need to be captured with maximum visual acuity, placing the highest demands on performance and stability. With extremely short and/or very high-intensity illumination pulses, the illumination intensity of LEDs can be significantly increased, while simultaneously reducing their thermal load.
