Description

The Sony Pregius IMX264LLR-C is a high-performance 5.07 MP monochrome CMOS image sensor, designed for machine vision and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). This sensor features a diagonal 11.1 mm (Type 2/3) optical size and a pixel array of 2464 x 2056 pixels. With a global shutter, it eliminates image distortion when capturing fast-moving objects, making it ideal for high-speed applications. Its pixel size of 3.45 µm ensures high sensitivity and low dark current, allowing for accurate imaging even in low-light conditions. The IMX264LLR-C operates with triple power supplies (analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V) to achieve low power consumption and high efficiency. This sensor supports a maximum frame rate of 35.7 fps, making it suitable for applications such as factory automation (FA), barcode scanners, and machine vision cameras. The LVDS interface facilitates fast data transmission for real-time image processing. Its compact LGA package with 226 pins provides robust performance in a small form factor, making it an excellent solution for high-precision industrial imaging applications.
