Description

The Sony Pregius IMX297LLR-C is a compact, high-performance 0.40 MP monochrome CMOS sensor optimized for sensing applications. With a diagonal 6.3 mm (Type 1/2.9) optical size and a square pixel array of 728 x 544 pixels, this sensor is well-suited for applications requiring high sensitivity and fast image capture. It features a global shutter that ensures distortion-free imaging by capturing fast-moving objects without artifacts. The IMX297LLR-C boasts a large pixel size of 6.9 x 6.9 µm, allowing it to achieve high sensitivity, low dark current, and low PLS (parasitic light sensitivity), even in low-light conditions. Operating at 120.8 fps, it supports real-time imaging, making it ideal for precision applications such as industrial sensing and high-speed automation systems. With MIPI interface for efficient data transmission, this sensor is designed for low power consumption with a triple power supply: analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V. Its durable 138-pin LGA ceramic package ensures reliability and longevity in industrial environments.
