Description

The Sony Starvis IMX335LLN-D is a high-performance 5.14 MP monochrome CMOS sensor, designed for surveillance cameras, factory automation, and industrial imaging applications. With a diagonal size of 6.52 mm (Type 1/2.8) and a square pixel array of 2616 x 1964 pixels, this sensor offers excellent image quality and low power consumption. Featuring Sony’s ExmorR technology, the IMX335LLN-D delivers high sensitivity and low dark current, making it ideal for capturing images in low-light environments. The sensor operates with triple power supplies (analog 2.9 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V) and supports a maximum frame rate of 60 fps. It is equipped with an electronic shutter that provides variable charge-integration time, allowing for precise control of exposure settings. The IMX335LLN-D’s low noise and no smear design make it highly suitable for applications where image clarity is critical. The sensor is housed in a compact BGA package with 88 pins, making it easy to integrate into various imaging systems, particularly those used in industrial environments.
