Description

The Sony Pregius IMX421LLJ-C is a 2.86 MP monochrome CMOS sensor designed for industrial applications such as factory automation (FA) and intelligent traffic systems (ITS). With a diagonal size of 11.0 mm (Type 2/3) and a pixel array of 1944 x 1472, this sensor captures high-quality monochrome images with precision. Featuring a global shutter, the IMX421LLJ-C eliminates motion distortion, ensuring accurate capture of fast-moving objects. It operates on a triple power supply of analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V, delivering high sensitivity, low dark current, and minimized noise. The 4.5 x 4.5 µm pixel size enhances low-light performance, making it ideal for use in challenging lighting environments. The sensor supports high-speed data transfer via SLVS and is housed in a 226-pin LGA package for durability in demanding industrial settings.
