Description

The IMX901-AQR ES is a state-of-the-art 16.41 MP CMOS global shutter image sensor designed for high-performance industrial applications. With a diagonal measurement of 22.67 mm (Type 1.4), this sensor incorporates Sony's latest Pregius S technology to provide exceptional imaging performance. The IMX901 features a 2.74 µm square pixel array, which allows for capturing high-resolution images of 8016 x 2048 pixels with exceptional clarity. Its global shutter function, with adjustable charge-integration time, makes it suitable for applications involving fast-moving objects, such as Factory Automation (FA) cameras and Intelligent Transport System (ITS) cameras. This sensor operates on a versatile quadruple power supply configuration (3.3 V, 2.9 V, 1.1 V, and 1.8 V), ensuring energy-efficient performance while delivering high sensitivity and low dark current characteristics for excellent image quality in low-light conditions. The IMX901 supports a variety of interface standards, including SLVS-EC, SLVS, and MIPI CSI-2, providing flexibility in integration across different systems. With a maximum frame rate of 134 fps, the IMX901 can capture smooth, detailed imagery at high speeds, making it ideal for high-speed inspection, industrial automation, and ITS applications where precision and real-time processing are critical. The sensor's high sensitivity combined with low power consumption makes it a versatile choice for a wide range of use cases that demand top-tier image quality and reliability. Additionally, its package comes in a durable LGA (Ceramic) format, ensuring robust physical performance and long-term operational stability. The combination of these features positions the IMX901-AQR ES as an excellent choice for industries requiring precise imaging solutions.
