The Sony IMX993-AABA is a 3.21 MP SWIR image sensor built on SenSWIR technology with a pixel pitch of 3.45 µm, delivering reliable high-resolution performance for infrared imaging. Designed for use in industrial inspection and scientific measurement, this sensor supports TEC (Thermoelectric Cooling) for temperature stability and reduced noise.
