Description

The IMX902 is a diagonal 17.50 mm (Type 1.1) CMOS active pixel solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 12.38 M effective pixels. This chip features a global shutter wth variable charge-integration time. This chip operated with 3.3 V, 2.9 V, 1.1 V, and 1.8 V quadruple power supply. High sensitivity and low dark current characteristics are achieved.
Applications: FA cameras, ITS cameras

Key Features:

  • High-Resolution Imaging: The IMX902, along with the IMX901, are global shutter image sensors that deliver exceptional high-resolution imaging with approximately 12.38 effective megapixels. Featuring a 2.74-µm miniature pixel size and a 6K horizontal pixel count, they offer a wider aspect ratio, ideal for capturing detailed images.
  • Optimized for Modern Logistics: With the demand for wider conveyor belts and faster speeds in logistics systems, the IMX902 meets the need for expanded code-reading coverage and enhanced imaging performance. It enables the capture of wide areas in the horizontal direction in just one shot, allowing users to reduce the number of cameras needed compared to traditional multi-camera setups. This not only improves imaging efficiency but also contributes to lower overall system costs.
  • Versatile in Machine Vision: The IMX902 is ideal for capturing wide subjects moving in a specified direction, even in general-purpose machine-vision inspections. Its capability to cover a broad area in a single shot makes it a perfect fit for various industrial applications.
  • Dynamic Range & Clarity: Equipped with a dynamic range of over 70 dB, the IMX902 captures fast-moving subjects with vivid clarity, ensuring superior image quality in challenging environments.
  • Flexible Output Interfaces: The sensor supports a wide variety of output interfaces and is compatible with SLVS-EC, MIPI, and SLVS, offering flexibility in integration.
